This weekend, Gwen, Brigitte and I took a trip to Edinburgh Scotland. We took an overnight bus (which was absolute HELL) but we made it there in one piece early Saturday morning. We had a great weekend exploring this beautiful city. I am so lucky to be able to see the world like this! Instead of telling the whole story of the trip here, I'll put the info in the captions below.

| We were planning on staying in this hostel, but it was absolutely DISGUSTING! I mean, look at those stains! YUUCK! So, we ended up just booking a room in a Travelodge closer to the city center. After the terrible night of sleep we had in the bus, it was the best decision we made all weekend haha. |

| We went to a traditional Scottish pub for dinner on Saturday night. One of the appetizers on the menu was nachos, with a side of haggis as an option. I thought it was a good trade-off - I didn't have to commit to a whole plate of haggis in case I didn't like it, but I still got to try it. I really liked it! |

Overall, it was a really fantastic trip and I'm so glad we got to see this amazing city! Looking forward to more little adventures like this in the future.
